EHRA Construction Phase Services has completed an 11 month review of construction prices for common civil infrastructure items. The results continue to show steady price increases for items where construction materials are in limited supply. Domestic PVC resin and cast iron material limitations continue to drive water and wastewater prices up at a steady rate. Concrete products, and those items that feature concrete materials, appear to be stabilizing and following the inflation trend.
