MUD 43

Harris County MUD No. 43 is located in northern Harris County, near Spring and Cypress Creeks.  As the District Engineer, EHRA offered its Landscape Architectural services to complete a Parks and Trails Master Plan for the District.  

The Plan was the first step in applying for supplemental funds through grants and bond sales.  EHRA assessed the number and type of existing facilities, both within and adjacent to the District and proposed upgrades to parks, the re-development of vacant property owned by the District and multi-use trails complete with exercise equipment to encourage recreation of all ages.  

EHRA worked closely with the District to promote public participation through promotional materials, and facilitated public input meetings.
