A first-generation Aggie, Cam earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2013. With 11 years of experience, Cam is one of the leaders of the Firm’s Land Services department as a Director of Land Services, a role he took on in 2025. Currently, Cam oversees many of the department’s feasibility and business development efforts. He is passionate about setting the groundwork for future projects and establishing the vision for how neighborhoods work for many years to come. Additionally, Cam is personally invested in Young Engineer’s and their development into professionals and future leaders in our industry. Outside of the office, Cam enjoys golf, clay shooting and relaxing with his wife and four pets.

Director of Land Services

Huguette Campbell, P.E., RPLS is one of EHRA’s Directors in our Land Services Practice Area. She also serves as a Partner of the firm. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2004. Huguette brings more than 15 years of engineering experience and over 10 years of surveying experience in the Greater Houston region. She has extensive knowledge in single-family subdivisions, master planned communities and Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs). Huguette strives on providing quality service to our clients and watching her team members grow.

Matt Gutzwiller, PE

Director of Land Services

Matt is a proud first-generation Aggie, having earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2013. Matt is one of the three Directors of Land Services and is specialized in the commercial site development field.

Over Matt’s career he has been responsible for the design and management of a very diverse portfolio of projects including single and multifamily residential, warehouses, schools, large and smaller retail centers, golf courses, office complexes, townhomes, sports facilities and more.

Matt’s engineering journey began in high school, when he completely rebuilt what would be his first car, an ’84 Ford Bronco, rebuilding the engine, transmission, wiring, interior, paint, brakes, etc. The desire to fully understand how something is built and the creativity to optimize and enhance the vehicle was the driving factor that positioned Matt down the path of engineering. This desire to optimize and find creative solutions to complex site designs has been at the forefront of Matt’s engineering career. Matt strives to instill the same outside of the box thinking when working with his team.

Travis Mondok, PE, CFM

Travis Mondok is a seasoned civil engineer and military veteran with a diverse background in both engineering and military service. Originally from Idaho Falls, Travis’s journey took him on the path of service and academic achievement. Following his high school graduation, he answered the call to duty and embarked on an illustrious military career, spending almost 9 years with the US Army and Texas National Guard. During his service, he endured two combat tours in Bosnia and Iraq, along with several peace-time deployments. Travis pursued higher education and earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. His commitment to excellence extended beyond the classroom as he completed a summer internship with CSC Engineering in College Station. Travis’s professional journey led him across various geographical locations. He spent over two years in the Scottsdale area, followed by three years in the San Antonio area, and another 3.5 years in El Paso before settling in Dallas since 2014.

With expertise spanning single-family residential development, multi-family residential development, commercial development, municipal design, and federal military base expansion work for the Army Corps of Engineers, Travis’s contributions have left an indelible mark on the landscape of civil engineering. Currently serving as the Practice Area Leader in the Land Services Group, Travis is poised to open the North Texas/Dallas office for EHRA, marking yet another milestone in his distinguished career. Beyond the realm of engineering, Travis loves outdoor activities, spending time with his dogs and indulging in recreational shooting and fishing. His commitment to excellence, coupled with a passion for the outdoors, defines him both personally and professionally.
