EHRA assisted with the district creation of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 126 to accommodate an approximately 329-acre master-planned community located in northern Montgomery County in the City of Conroe, south of League Line Road, west of Longmire Road and adjacent to Lake Conroe. A unique aspect of this project is that there are 123 feet of elevation difference on this site and the wooded lots are being left in their natural state wherever feasible. EHRA contributed to the design for the water, sewer, drainage and paving areas for the development, assisted in the preparation of construction plans and technical specifications, provided bidding cycle services and delivered construction management services.
