Project totaled 640 acres and is boarded by Clay, Peek, Stockdick School and Porter Road. EHRA designed, created construction plans, publicly bid and preformed Construction management for roadways, water distribution , sanitary sewer, Storm Sewer Collection, Mass grading, Detention, Drainage channel and Pad/Lot Grading for the 640 acres. The 640 acres includes 1256 Single Family Residential Lots, a 120 acre KISD school campus (Elementary, Middle and High school) , and 2 commercial sites totaling 23 acres. The project consisted of 15 subdivision sections averaging 82 lots per section, (5) detention basins (approx 60 acres total), 2.2 mile collector roadway (4 phases) , a 1 mile long drainage channel ( 2 phases) , (1) water plant, (1) 0.64 mgd WWTP (3 -phases), Lift station, Roadway expansions on existing major thoroughfare (Left Turn Lanes), Traffic Signal on Clay and Peek Road, Emergency Water Interconnect, Traffic Impact Analysis, LOMR F and Detention Drainage Analysis. EHRA was and still is the HCMUD 449 District Engineer. All 640 acres had no major issues during Harvey.
Coordination and approvals were ongoing throughout the project from the following entitys; City of Houston, Harris County Engineering Department, Harris County Precinct 3, KISD, TCEQ, HCFCD, HCMUD 449, HCMUD 536, Kinder Morgan Pipeline, Exxon Pipeline, Enterprise Pipeline, CenterPoint Energy, Consolidated Communications and AT&T.
