Our Leadership Team
Paul Anderson, PE is the Practice Area Leader of Water and Wastewater Facilities at EHRA Engineering.
A proud St. Louis native and graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, better known as Mizzou, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering. His interest in water and wastewater treatment was sparked by his father-in-law Richard Daily. Richard was a Class A operator for over three decades with the Metropolitan of St. Louis Sewer District before retiring as a shift supervisor at the Bissell Point WWTP which processed over 300MGD. Daily informed his son-in-law of the summer internship where he worked, and the rest is history. Paul has now worked in the industry for over 22 years. When not working, Paul enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his granddaughter, cooking, bowling and playing golf.
Robert D. Atkinson, Jr., PE
From a young age, Robert was around civil engineering—as some of his family members worked at EHRA Engineering. However, he received his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1982. Robert went to work in the civil engineering field after graduation just like his family had done. Today, Robert is the Senior Vice President and the Practice Area Leader for District Services. Robert has great knowledge in managing Municipal Utility Districts. EHRA was one of the original creators of the Municipal Utility District concept in the 1970’s. Christopher Browne, LEED AP
Christopher Browne is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston College of Architecture. As EHRA's Planning and Visioning Practice Area Leader, Chris and his team dream up community concepts then create schematic plans, preliminary plats, and process plats for recordation to create new subdivisions across the Houston region. EHRA's clients have increasingly asked to be shown opportunities for new development thus the Planning and Visioning team works with other practice areas on tract feasibility studies that research potential land use, determine utility and drainage requirements and then predict density and project costs. He is currently Secretary for the Executive Committee of the Bayou Preservation Association, and Chair of Healthy Living Matters which is a childhood obesity prevention program with Harris County Public Health and Environmental Services. Chris chaired the Greater Houston Partnership's Parks and Greenspace Committee from 2010-2014, contributing to the birth of the Bayou Greenway Initiative and a new comprehensive outdoor activities website for the Houston-Galveston area called GetOutHereHouston.org. They are planning their next overseas trip to Australia and New Zealand and hope to further their interest in diving, but will probably just eat lots of local cuisine. Chris will look for any excuse to eat at El Tiempo, just ask him.
