Houston Community College Campus Expansion

In 2013, EHRA was selected as one of two firms to provide professional surveying services under contract to Houston Community College System. These services include performing boundary surveying for acquisition of land, topographic surveying for the design of new facilities and the preparation of subdivision plats necessary for the permitting of the construction of new facilities. To date, EHRA has provided services for the following campuses:

1. Central Campus - Land title survey for the acquisition of approximately 25 tracts of land for campus expansion.
2. Academic Center of the Northline Campus of the Northeast College - Land title survey, topographic survey and subdivision plat for the expansion of the campus, the design of new buildings and a parking garage, and the permitting of new facilities.
3. West Loop Campus (Minimax Street) - Land title survey for the acquisition of a tract of land for a new campus.
4. Northeast College - Land title survey for the acquisition of a tract of land for campus expansion.
5. Felix Fraga Campus of the Northeast College - Land title survey for campus expansion, topographic surveys (2) for design of new buildings and parking lots, and subdivision platting (2) for permitting of new facilities.
6. Sienna Campus of the Southwest College - Boundary and topographic survey for design of new buildings and parking facilities.
7. Stafford Campus of the Southwest College - Boundary and topographic survey for design of new buildings and parking facilities.
8. Willie G. Hall Campus of the South College - Boundary and topographic survey for design of new buildings and parking facilities.
9. West Houston Institute on the Alief Campus - Topographic survey for design of new buildings and parking facilities.
