EHRA offered its Landscape Architectural services to complete a Parks and Trails Master Plan for the District.
EHRA designed an expansion that implemented the installation of a new triplex lift station operating in conjunction with the existing duplex lift station.
EHRA conducted a traffic engineering study to identify the impacts of a proposed master development located near the intersection of FM 1488 and Peoples Road in the City of Conroe.
EHRA assisted with the district creation of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 126 to accommodate a ±329 acre master planned community located in northern Montgomery County in the City of Conroe, south of League Line Road, west of Longmire Road, and adjacent to Lake Conroe.
EHRA worked with the District to create a comprehensive Parks Master Plan, which included recommendations for the development of over two miles of hike/bike trails adjacent to local streets, and within flood control and utility pipeline easements. The District began implementation of the Plan by prioritizing the beautification of West Road, a major arterial street that runs through the District.
EHRA clients won multiple honors from the Greater Houston Builders Association at the 2016 Houston’s Best PRISM Awards, held October 1, 2016 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel Houston.
Rise Communities won Community of the Year, Community Recreation Center of the Year and Community Entrance of the Year for Cane Island. Rise was also honored for Best Developer website for Meridiana.
Caldwell Companies was selected as Master-Planned Community of the Year, Master-Planned Community Recreation Center of the Year and Best Community Landscape Design all for Towne Lake.
