The West Houston Association Tri-County Judges Forum took place Wednesday at the Houston Marriot Westchase where Judges Emmet, Hebert and Duhon gave a "state of the counties" to all in attendance. The general consensus was that the tri counties fared well considering the epic rainfall that took place in a short time brought by Hurricane Harvey. Attendee, Jim Russ, said that the audience was eager to hear what each judge had to contribute. "We appreciate all of their efforts," said Russ. "And we support them 110 percent."
