EHRA Engineering Welcomes New Shareholders

EHRA Engineering is proud to announce Brad Sweitzer, PLA, AICP and Lindsey Woodard as the firm’s newest shareholders. EHRA has always been about people—those who built it, those who lead it and those who will carry it forward. “We welcome Brad and Lindsey as the newest Shareholders of EHRA. They represent the future of the firm as we all continue to perpetuate the 90-year legacy that stands before us,” said Jim Russ, President and CEO.

Brad Sweitzer, PLA, AICP

Since joining EHRA in 2019, Brad has become a driving force behind the firm’s planning, vision and community impact. Blending his experience as a certified planner and licensed landscape architect, he shapes vibrant, livable communities across the region, each guided by a focus on long-term functionality, thoughtful design and lasting value for those that live there. Brad’s leadership as Director of Planning and Visioning reflects EHRA’s commitment to bringing intentional, forward-looking impacts to every community.

As Brad’s leader, Managing Director Christopher Browne, LEED AP said, “I am extremely proud of Brad Sweitzer’s ascension from team member to team leader. He guides yet challenges those he leads. His dedication to client service is unmatched. With those traits in mind, I am positive his addition to our ownership team will provide a thoughtful voice as EHRA grows into the future.”

“Although Brad is a very talented Planner, his visionary prowess and his acute attention to the client’s and his team’s needs are the gifts that the entire firm will benefit from under his exceptional leadership for decades to come. Brad dreams of, lives for and will be a lasting contributor of this firm’s future.”

Lindsey Woodard

As EHRA’s first Senior Director of Marketing, Lindsey has transformed how EHRA tells its story, builds relationships and shows up in the communities we serve. Her leadership has elevated the firm’s visibility, strengthened its voice and positioned EHRA for continued growth throughout the Greater Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth regions. Lindsey’s addition to the ownership group reflects the impact she has already made and the leadership she will continue to provide as EHRA grows into the future.

“Lindsey’s keen eye for the details, her passion for perfection and her tenacity to always do more will continue to benefit us all for the foreseeable future as she, and her treasured team, work tirelessly and relentlessly to make us all look good, and to polish, protect and honor the 90-year-old brand,” said Jim.

Reflecting on Lindsey’s achievement, Managing Senior Principal Andy Palermo, PE said, “Lindsey has elevated EHRA’s marketing and branding through great leadership and a creative strategy.  She has developed an incredible marketing team that proves to be one of the best in the industry and encourages an environment promoting new ideas and creativity.  Her commitment to protecting the brand and to the EHRA team goes above and beyond, and we are proud and grateful that she has accepted the invite to join the firm’s ownership team.”
