Solutions Powered by Teamwork

This year has brought exciting growth and opportunities to EHRA Engineering’s Public Infrastructure Team. This includes a strategic and refined structure introduced earlier this year that enhances how we deliver professional engineering services across the Greater Houston region.

The team’s new structure distinguishes its current core service areas: Transportation, Traffic and Structures. Each of our service areas is led by an Assistant Director—Fred Signorelli, PE leading Transportation, Mohammad Huq, PE, PTOE heading Traffic and Carlos Flores, PE leading Structures—giving each discipline room to specialize and grow under this generation of experienced and strong leadership. As our work continues to expand, this structure allows for a focused and collaborative approach, ultimately strengthening the delivery of service we provide to our clients.

Over the past six months, we have welcomed four new team members to the Public Infrastructure Team, and we are excited to be adding three more in early June. This growth not only speaks to the rising demand for our expertise but also to the culture of opportunity we are building within the team.

Our Traffic group continues to meet the growing demand for in-house traffic needs, including Traffic Impact Analyses (TIAs) for many of our new developments and designing traffic signal improvements and safety enhancements for public agency projects across the region.

Our Transportation team plays a key role in supporting the engineering work tied to recently passed bond initiatives within the counties we serve in the Greater Houston region and beyond. Their efforts are complemented by the Structures team, who not only support public infrastructure projects but also oversees internal structural design needs across the firm.

EHRA’s Public Infrastructure Team is a great example of how our in-house, multi-disciplinary approach works so successfully. Many of our public infrastructure projects are multi-faceted and draw from all three of the core services. The strong communication between project managers and their teams allows us to navigate complex challenges more seamlessly and keep things moving forward. This collaborative approach and integrated structure help us deliver thoughtful, well-rounded solutions and reflects the way our entire firm works together across the many disciplines to best serve our clients and communities.

Amanda StevensWorking closely with the Public Infrastructure team and enhancing this technical expertise is the support of our Government Relations Team comprised of Grant & Government Relations Specialist, Amanda Stevens, and EHRA Consultant and former Fulshear Mayor, Aaron Groff. Their established experience in working directly within both Waller County and Fort Bend County created an invaluable foundation for strengthening relationshipsAaron Groff within the firm’s targeted counties and municipalities. Their continued efforts and ongoing focus ensures that our engineering efforts align with regional priorities. Their insight and engagement provide valuable direction that empowers our Public Infrastructure team to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

At EHRA, we are proud to foster a culture of innovation, professional growth and shared success. As we continue expanding our footprint across the Greater Houston region and into new markets, the momentum within the Public Infrastructure team reflects our broader mission to deliver engineering solutions that support thriving communities and a resilient future.
